3. Client Agreements

Deposits/Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session or event date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Requests must follow the terms in your signed agreement.
Deliverables: Image delivery timelines, formats, and rights are outlined in your individual contract.
4. Model Release & Photo Usage Rights
By engaging UG Photography’s services or participating in a photography/videography session, you grant UG Photography and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and publish your likeness in photographs or video footage captured during your session or event for:
Portfolio display on our website and social media platforms.
Marketing, print, editorial, or promotional materials.
Submissions to wedding blogs, magazines, or publications.
We respect your privacy and will never share images that are unflattering, intimate, or personal in nature.
If you prefer that your images not be used publicly, you must submit a written request prior to the date of your session or event.
Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights to print, share, and display their images for private use. Commercial or third-party use without written consent from UG Photography is strictly prohibited.
5. Online Inquiries & Communications
By submitting an inquiry or form through our Site, you agree to be contacted by UG Photography through the information you provide (email, phone, or message) for purposes related to your request or booking.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
UG Photography shall not be held liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website use or photography services.
Service interruptions caused by unforeseen events (e.g., illness, injury, natural disasters, venue restrictions, or equipment failure).

All retainers and deposits are non-refundable.
